- ✓Schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder diagnosis per DSM-IV SCID
- ✓Auditory hallucinations of spoken speech at least 5 times per day with discernible verbal content
- ✓Right-handed
- ✓Stable antipsychotic medication for at least 4 weeks
Key exclusion· 8
- ✕History of seizure (unless due to drug withdrawal or discontinued medication)
- ✕History of epilepsy in first-degree relatives
- ✕Estimated IQ less than 80
- ✕Current treatment with clozapine or bupropion
