  • Histologically confirmed ovarian stromal tumor (granulosa cell, Sertoli-Leydig, steroid cell, gynandroblastoma, sex cord tumor with annular tubules, or unclassified sex cord stromal tumor)
  • Recurrent disease with no more than one prior chemotherapy regimen
  • Measurable disease by GOG RECIST criteria
  • GOG performance status 0, 1, or 2
Key exclusion· 5
  • More than one prior chemotherapy regimen
  • GOG performance status 3 or 4
  • Prior invasive malignancy within 5 years (except non-melanoma skin cancer)
  • Disease amenable to cure by surgery
