- ✓Histologically confirmed metastatic or unresectable malignancy with no effective standard curative or palliative measures
- ✓Age 18 years or older
- ✓ECOG performance status 0-1
- ✓Absolute neutrophil count at least 1,500/mm^3
Key exclusion· 6
- ✕Known CNS or brain metastasis
- ✕Symptomatic congestive heart failure, unstable angina, cardiac arrhythmia, or myocardial infarction within 3 months
- ✕Grade 1 or greater peripheral neuropathy or uncontrolled major seizure disorder
- ✕Active serious infection requiring IV antibiotics or concurrent uncontrolled illness
