  • ✓Age 18 years or older
  • ✓ECOG performance status 0-1
  • ✓Absolute neutrophil count at least 1,500/mm^3

  • ✕Known CNS or brain metastasis
  • ✕Symptomatic congestive heart failure, unstable angina, cardiac arrhythmia, or myocardial infarction within 3 months
  • ✕Grade 1 or greater peripheral neuropathy or uncontrolled major seizure disorder
  • ✕Active serious infection requiring IV antibiotics or concurrent uncontrolled illness
