  • Histologically confirmed neuroblastoma or other pediatric solid tumor (nonmyeloid and nonlymphoid)
  • Relapsed from or resistant to prior standard anticancer therapy, or no known standard therapy available
  • Measurable disease (solid mass with definable dimensions) OR evaluable disease (bone marrow involvement or malignant pleural effusion)
  • Age 40 years and under
Key exclusion· 5
  • Pre-existing neurotoxicity or neuropathy grade 2 or greater
  • Pre-existing convulsive disorder
  • Active serious infections uncontrolled by antibiotics
  • Concurrent cytotoxic chemotherapy other than the study drug
