  • Bi-dimensionally measurable recurrent or chemotherapy-/rituximab-refractory aggressive B-cell NHL (DLBCL, transformed B-cell lymphoma, or mantle cell lymphoma)
  • Prior rituximab therapy with response duration of at least 6 months to last rituximab-based therapy
  • Eligible after autologous (not allogeneic) stem cell transplantation relapse
  • No anti-lymphoma therapy within 3 weeks; no radiation within 2 weeks
Key exclusion· 12
  • HIV positive
  • Serious cardiac disease: myocardial infarction within 6 months, arrhythmia, or uncontrolled hypertension (>160/110 mmHg)
  • Active infection or history of opportunistic infection
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women
