- ✓Bi-dimensionally measurable recurrent or chemotherapy-/rituximab-refractory aggressive B-cell NHL (DLBCL, transformed B-cell lymphoma, or mantle cell lymphoma)
- ✓Prior rituximab therapy with response duration of at least 6 months to last rituximab-based therapy
- ✓Eligible after autologous (not allogeneic) stem cell transplantation relapse
- ✓No anti-lymphoma therapy within 3 weeks; no radiation within 2 weeks
Key exclusion· 12
- ✕HIV positive
- ✕Serious cardiac disease: myocardial infarction within 6 months, arrhythmia, or uncontrolled hypertension (>160/110 mmHg)
- ✕Active infection or history of opportunistic infection
- ✕Pregnant or breastfeeding women
