  • ✓Bi-dimensionally measurable recurrent or chemotherapy-/rituximab-refractory aggressive B-cell NHL (DLBCL, transformed B-cell lymphoma, or mantle cell lymphoma)
  • ✓Prior rituximab therapy with response duration of at least 6 months to last rituximab-based therapy
  • ✓Eligible after autologous (not allogeneic) stem cell transplantation relapse
  • ✓No anti-lymphoma therapy within 3 weeks; no radiation within 2 weeks
Key exclusion· 12
  • ✕HIV positive
  • ✕Serious cardiac disease: myocardial infarction within 6 months, arrhythmia, or uncontrolled hypertension (>160/110 mmHg)
  • ✕Active infection or history of opportunistic infection
  • ✕Pregnant or breastfeeding women
