- ✓12-lead ECG with ST elevation >1 mm, ST depression >0.5 mm, T wave inversion, hyperacute T waves, or left bundle branch block (not known to be old)
- ✓ECG decision support confirmation: ACI-TIPI ≥75% and/or TPI detection of suspected STEMI
