- ✓Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) diagnosis by Harvard Trauma Questionnaire scoring algorithm
- ✓Score of 3 or 4 on Likert scale on at least one of four reexperiencing symptoms (Criterion B)
- ✓At least 3 of 7 avoidance and numbing symptoms (Criterion C)
- ✓At least 2 of 5 arousal symptoms (Criterion D) plus exposure to traumatic event (Criterion A)
