Interventions

Nebivolol (NEB)drug

Patients randomized to nebivolol will initiate therapy with nebivolol 5 mg once daily for 4 weeks.

Metoprolol (MET)drug

Patients randomized to metoprolol will initiate therapy with 100 mg once daily for 4 weeks.
