  • ✕Recent initiation or unstabilized tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs), NSAIDs, or permitted opioid analgesics started <30 days before screening or not expected to remain stable during study
  • ✕Concurrent use of >2 pain medications (TCAs, NSAIDs, permitted opioid analgesics) at screening
