  • Current use of methylphenidate, clonidine, tricyclic antidepressants, bupropion, or venlafaxine
  • Other weight-gain-causing medications unless stable on medication for 6 months
  • Other weight loss medications unless weight stable for 6 months
  • Mental retardation
