  • Moderate to severe psoriasis for at least 6 months
  • PASI score ≥12 and Body Surface Area (BSA) ≥10%

  • Erythrodermic, guttate, palmar/plantar, or generalized pustular form of psoriasis
  • History of chronic infection or recent serious/life-threatening infection within 6 months
  • Any current sign or symptom indicating infection (e.g., fever, cough)
  • White blood cell counts <4000/mm³ or >20000/mm³
