- ✓Chronic plaque psoriasis stable for at least 3 months
- ✓Moderate to severe psoriasis for at least 6 months
- ✓PASI score ≥12 and Body Surface Area (BSA) ≥10%

- ✕Erythrodermic, guttate, palmar/plantar, or generalized pustular form of psoriasis
- ✕History of chronic infection or recent serious/life-threatening infection within 6 months
