Key inclusion· 8
- ✓DSM-IV diagnosis of schizophrenia spectrum disorders OR other severe mental disorders (bipolar disorder, major depression, severe anxiety disorder)
- ✓Age 18–64 years
- ✓No psychiatric hospitalization in the 3-month period prior to enrollment
- ✓BMI of 25 or higher
Key exclusion· 12
- ✕Active cancer other than non-melanoma skin cancer
- ✕End-stage COPD, congestive heart failure, neurological disorder, or renal disease
- ✕Problematic substance abuse as defined by provider
- ✕Moderate to severe cognitive impairment (dementia, post-stroke)
