  • Any other vaccination within 1 month before enrollment or planned within 1 month before/after any study vaccine dose
  • History of abnormal Pap test showing squamous intraepithelial lesion (SIL)
  • History of cervical biopsy showing cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN)
