- ✓Osteoarthritis (Ahlbäck Stage II-V) as the sole indication for knee prosthesis
- ✓Suitable candidate for either Duracon or Triathlon knee system
- ✓Able to understand study conditions and comply with post-operative clinical/radiographic evaluations and rehabilitation
- ✓Signed informed consent prior to surgery

- ✕Prior major knee surgery
- ✕Other significant musculoskeletal disabling problems besides knee arthritis
- ✕Severe obesity (BMI >35)
- ✕Active or suspected infection
