  • Acute hepatitis or AIDS
  • Active or uncontrolled infection
  • Significant uncontrolled cardiac disease (uncontrolled hypertension, unstable angina, recent MI within 6 months, uncontrolled CHF, cardiomyopathy with decreased ejection fraction)
  • Prior therapy targeting the EGFR pathway
