- ✓Pathologically confirmed adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus, gastroesophageal junction, or stomach
- ✓No evidence of distant organ metastases
- ✓No prior radiation for gastric or esophageal cancer
- ✓Age >18 years
Key exclusion· 6
- ✕Acute hepatitis or AIDS
- ✕Active or uncontrolled infection
- ✕Significant uncontrolled cardiac disease (uncontrolled hypertension, unstable angina, recent MI within 6 months, uncontrolled CHF, cardiomyopathy with decreased ejection fraction)
- ✕Prior therapy targeting the EGFR pathway
