Interventions
Dronabinoldrug
Dronabinol (5mg) will be administered orally (p.o.) 20-60 min pre-operatively.
Ondansetrondrug
Ondansetron (4mg) will be administered intravenously (iv) intraoperatively in those patients not receiving Dronabinol.
