  • ECOG performance status 0-2

  • Concurrent use of other investigational agents
  • Cardiac arrhythmias or prolonged QTc
  • Uncontrolled intercurrent illness including active infection, symptomatic heart failure, unstable angina, arrhythmia, recurrent seizures, or psychiatric illness affecting compliance
  • Pregnancy or lactation
