- ✓Lesion ≥1.5 cm in ipsilateral breast by clinical or radiographic criteria
- ✓Stage I-III disease planning to receive neoadjuvant paclitaxel followed by FEC or AC
Key exclusion· 5
- ✕Receiving investigational agent for treatment of primary neoplasm
- ✕Other active malignancy ≤5 years prior, except non-melanotic skin cancer or cervical carcinoma-in-situ
- ✕Not planning to receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy
- ✕Biopsy-proven Stage IV disease
