  • ✓Age ≥70 years (geriatric population focus)
  • ✓Diagnosis of advanced solid tumor malignancy (typically stage IV) or lymphoma; stage III eligible if cure not possible/anticipated
  • ✓Plan to start new cancer treatment within 4 weeks that includes chemotherapy or agents with similar toxicity prevalence (>50% grade 3-5 toxicity)
  • ✓Plan to remain on treatment for at least 3 months (minimum 70 days)

  • ✕Surgery planned within 3 months of consent
  • ✕Symptomatic brain metastases at time of study enrollment
