- ✓Status post radical prostatectomy for histologically confirmed adenocarcinoma of the prostate
- ✓Pathologically confirmed T1-T3 disease without lymph node or metastatic disease
- ✓Low-risk disease: Gleason 6 or 7 (T2 disease) with PSA <20
- ✓ECOG performance status 0-2
Key exclusion· 11
- ✕More than 3 months from surgery to enrollment
- ✕T3b, T4, or node-positive disease
- ✕Macroscopic residual disease after surgery
- ✕Prior hormone therapy before surgery
