- ✓Enrollment within 6 months of initial disease presentation or within 6 months of refractory disease, progression, recurrence, second/secondary malignancy, or post-mortem
- ✓All cancer cases with ICD-O histologic behavior code of 1 (borderline), 2 (carcinoma in situ), or 3 (malignant)
- ✓All neoplastic lesions of the central nervous system regardless of behavior
- ✓All neoplastic lesions of the kidney regardless of behavior

- ✕Melanocytic tumors that are clearly benign nevi are excluded
