  • Age 12-25 years
  • Meet consensus criteria for primary focal hyperhidrosis: focal, visible, excessive sweating ≥6 months duration with ≥2 of: bilateral/symmetric, impairs daily activities, ≥1 episode/week, onset <25 years, positive family history, or cessation during sleep
  • Moderate to severe hyperhidrosis (HDSS score 3 or 4)
  • Hyperhidrosis affecting bilateral axillae (may include concurrent involvement of palms, soles, face, or other areas)
Key exclusion· 10
  • Hyperhidrosis duration <6 months or secondary to underlying infectious, endocrine, or neurologic disorder
  • Botulinum toxin injections to axillae or affected areas within 12 weeks
  • Oral anticholinergic medications or topical aluminum chloride within 4 weeks
  • Active skin inflammation or infection affecting the axilla
