  • Chronic (>6 months), stable hepatic insufficiency with cirrhosis features; no acute episodes within prior 2 months due to hepatic function deterioration.
  • Part 1: Child-Pugh score 7-9 (moderate hepatic impairment).

  • BMI ≥19 and ≤40 kg/m².
