  • Unresectable advanced or metastatic non-clear cell RCC including papillary, chromophobe, collecting duct, medullary, translocation, unclassified types, or clear cell with >20% sarcomatoid features
  • Age ≥18 years
  • ECOG performance status ≤2
  • Measurable disease by RECIST v1.1
Key exclusion· 10
  • Prior treatment with anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, anti-CTLA-4, or CD137 agonist antibodies
  • Prior bevacizumab therapy
  • Small molecule kinase inhibitor within 2 weeks or other anticancer therapy (including monoclonal antibodies, cytokine) within 4 weeks of enrollment
  • Systemic immunosuppressive medications (prednisone, dexamethasone, cyclosporin, azathioprine, methotrexate, thalidomide, TNF inhibitors, hydroxychloroquine) within 2 weeks of first dose
