  • Fitzpatrick Skin Type I-III
  • ≥4 lentigines on hand(s)
  • Desires non-invasive, non-ablative lentigine treatment
Key exclusion· 10
  • Any prior cosmetic treatment to target area within 6 months (laser, light-based procedures, surgery)
  • Systemic retinoid use (e.g., isotretinoin) within 6 months
  • Topical medications on hands within 1 month: antibiotics, benzoyl peroxide, retinoids, corticosteroids, hydroquinone, or alpha-hydroxy >8%
  • History of malignant tumors in target area
