  • Have documented functional damage to central or peripheral nervous system unlikely to improve with current standard of care
  • At least 6 months post-onset of disease
  • If on current medical therapy, must be stable and unlikely to have reversal of neurologic functional damage from ongoing treatment
  • Potential for improvement with BMSC treatment with minimal risk of harm from procedure per Dr. Weiss and neurologists
Key exclusion· 2
  • Women of childbearing age must not be pregnant at time of treatment and should refrain from pregnancy for 3 months post-treatment
  • Patients not medically stable or at significant risk to health undergoing procedure are not eligible
