- ✓Steroid refractory defined as no response after Prednisone ≥1mg/kg

- ✕Stable disease not well controlled by current treatment
- ✕Pregnancy
- ✕HIV positive status
- ✕Severe liver impairment: serum bilirubin >2.5 mg/dl without evidence of hepatic cGVHD
