- ✓Histologically confirmed, measurable, unresectable adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus
- ✓At least one prior therapy for unresectable disease (or recurrence within 6 months of neoadjuvant/adjuvant therapy)
- ✓Measurable disease based on irRECIST
- ✓ECOG performance status 0 or 1
Key exclusion· 11
- ✕Prior anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, or anti-PD-L2 agent
- ✕Active autoimmune disease requiring systemic treatment in the past 2 years
- ✕Immunodeficiency or systemic immunosuppressive therapy within 7 days prior to treatment
- ✕Known active CNS metastases or carcinomatous meningitis (unless previously treated and stable for ≥4 weeks without steroids)
