- ✓Alendronate treatment for ≥5 years
- ✓BMD T-score total hip >-2.5

- ✕Any low-energy fracture (except fingers, toes, skull) within 5 years during alendronate treatment
- ✕Low-energy vertebral fracture at any time
- ✕Low-energy hip fracture at any time
- ✕Ongoing glucocorticoid treatment
