- ✓Able to read, speak, and understand English
- ✓Willing to provide informed consent and authorize release of medical records for past 12 months

- ✕First-ever discussion of urinary symptoms with PCP within 14 days prior to phone interview
- ✕Participation in clinical research study evaluating urinary symptoms in past 12 months
- ✕Self-reported history of colorectal, bladder, or prostate cancer
- ✕Self-reported neurologic disorders affecting bladder function (e.g., spinal cord injury/disease, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease)
