- ✓Postmenopausal women aged >40 to ≤65 years
- ✓BMI 18–38 kg/m²
- ✓Confirmed menopause: spontaneous amenorrhea ≥12 months, or ≥6 months with FSH >40 IU/L, or bilateral oophorectomy ≥6 weeks prior
- ✓At least 50 moderate-to-severe vasomotor symptoms per week, documented in daily diary during screening
Key exclusion· 12
- ✕Current or recent use of prohibited therapies: hormone therapy, hormonal contraceptives, or vasomotor symptom medications (prescription, OTC, or herbal); unwilling to wash out
- ✕History of drug or alcohol abuse in the past year or active abuse
- ✕Prior or current malignancy except basal cell carcinoma
- ✕Uncontrolled hypertension: systolic ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic ≥90 mmHg
