University Hospital of Patras·interventional·Posted Jun 20, 2017·Updated Jul 16, 2019

In Brief

A Phase 4 clinical trial evaluating Brinzolamide/Brimonidine FC, Brimonidine 0.2%, and 1 other intervention for Posterior Capsule Opacification and Ocular Hypertension. Completed, enrolled 79 participants across 1 site.

Detailed Summary

To compare the efficacy of a Brinzolamide/Brimonidine fixed combination (FC) with Brimonidine 0.2% in preventing intraocular pressure (IOP) elevations after neodymium: yttrium-aluminum-garnet (Nd:YAG) laser posterior capsulotomy.
