Interventions

Pembrolizumabdrug

Pembrolizumab administered intravenously every 3 weeks.

Epacadostatdrug

Epacadostat administered orally twice daily.

Platinum-based chemotherapydrug

Investigator selected one of the following regimens: pemetrexed + cisplatin, pemetrexed + carboplatin, or paclitaxel + carboplatin, depending on histology.

Placebodrug

Matching placebo administered orally twice daily.
