  • Outpatient undergoing colonoscopy for a routinely accepted indication
  • If female of childbearing potential, must use acceptable birth control
Key exclusion· 14
  • Known or suspected ileus, severe ulcerative colitis, GI obstruction, gastric retention, bowel perforation, toxic colitis, or megacolon
  • Ongoing severe acute inflammatory bowel disease
  • Previous significant gastrointestinal surgeries
  • Uncontrolled electrolyte abnormalities or clinically significant electrolyte abnormalities on Visit 1 labs
