- ✓Adults with BMI >30 kg/m² and otherwise healthy with no unstable psychiatric disease and controlled comorbidities
- ✓Men or women; women of childbearing potential must have negative pregnancy test within 48 hours of enrollment

- ✕Prior abdominal bariatric surgery
- ✕Chronic gastrointestinal disease or systemic disease affecting GI motility, or medications altering GI motility, appetite, or absorption (e.g., orlistat) within last 6 months
- ✕Significant untreated psychiatric dysfunction: anxiety/depression score >11 on HAD or eating/weight pattern disorders (binge eating, bulimia) on QEWP
- ✕Hypersensitivity to any study medication
