Interventions
Nivolumabdrug
Intravenous nivolumab every 2 weeks.
Ipilimumabdrug
Intravenous ipilimumab every 6 weeks.
Nintedanibdrug
Nintedanib 100-200 mg capsules by mouth twice daily for two-week cycles.
