  • Nitrates, phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors, or other NO-providing therapy within 24 hours of screening
  • Significant valvular disease: >moderate left-sided regurgitation or >mild stenosis
  • Requirement of intravenous heparin at start of case
  • Severe pulmonary parenchymal disease
