- ✓Histologically or cytologically confirmed ESCC
- ✓Locally advanced and unresectable with local recurrence or distant metastases
- ✓Failed first-line chemotherapy or immunotherapy
- ✓For immunotherapy: best response CR, PR or SD with PFS ≥ 3 months
Key exclusion· 18
- ✕Active autoimmune disease or history of autoimmune disease
- ✕Grade 3+ immune-related adverse events from prior treatment
- ✕Prior radiation therapy with unresolved toxicities or requiring corticosteroid treatment
- ✕Immunosuppressants or systemic hormone therapy (>10mg/day prednisone) within 2 weeks
