- ✕Concurrent or previous malignancy excluding basal or squamous cell carcinoma of skin
- ✕Previous radiotherapy to chest wall or regional lymph node areas
- ✕Severe non-malignant comorbidity in cardiovascular or respiratory system
- ✕Medical contraindication for radiotherapy: systemic lupus erythematosus, cirrhosis
