  • Current use disorder for another psychoactive substance (heroin, amphetamines, hallucinogens/PCP), excluding alcohol and nicotine
  • Current or past opiate use or use disorder
  • Current use of psychoactive drugs including anxiolytics, naltrexone, or antabuse
