  • Acute traumatic wound (dermabrasion, skin tears, or similar) or small burns (1st-2nd degree)
  • Wound size between 3 cm² and 24 cm² (coverable by maximum 2 dressing applications)
  • Wound duration ≤3 days
  • Age ≥18 years, either gender
Key exclusion· 7
  • Chronic or acute surgical wounds
  • Infected, moderately to strongly exudative, or hemorrhagic wounds
  • Underlying disease that could interfere with pain assessment (e.g., diabetic neuropathy, stroke)
  • Known allergy or hypersensitivity to investigational product components

Interventions

Lomatuell Prodevice

Patients will receive Lomatuell Pro dressings during 3 weeks. Lomatuell Pro® may be left in place up to 7 days; additional dressing changes can be performed as often as necessary according to the instruction for use.

UrgoTuldevice

Patients will receive UrgoTul dressings during 3 weeks. UrgoTul® may be left in place up to 7 days; ; additional dressing changes can be performed as often as necessary according to the instruction for use.
