  • Age between 18 and 70 years old
  • ECOG performance status 0-2
  • Invasive breast cancer confirmed on postoperative pathology
  • Low-risk disease: N1mic or N1 with age ≥40, negative/minimal LVI, and specific hormone/HER2 receptor status
Key exclusion· 8
  • T3-4, N0, N2-3, or M1 disease
  • Received neoadjuvant therapy (chemotherapy, endocrine, targeted, or radiation)
  • Total mastectomy with only sentinel lymph node biopsy without axillary dissection
  • History of contralateral breast cancer
