- ✓Age between 18 and 70 years old
- ✓ECOG performance status 0-2
- ✓Invasive breast cancer confirmed on postoperative pathology
- ✓Low-risk disease: N1mic or N1 with age ≥40, negative/minimal LVI, and specific hormone/HER2 receptor status
Key exclusion· 8
- ✕T3-4, N0, N2-3, or M1 disease
- ✕Received neoadjuvant therapy (chemotherapy, endocrine, targeted, or radiation)
- ✕Total mastectomy with only sentinel lymph node biopsy without axillary dissection
- ✕History of contralateral breast cancer
