- ✓Histologically proven Stage I NSCLC or oligometastatic lung metastases (3 or less)
- ✓Undergoing external beam radiotherapy
- ✓Tumor diameter 1-5 cm in any dimension
- ✓Distance between tumor centroid and top of diaphragm ≤10 cm
Key exclusion· 8
- ✕Low respiratory performance as evaluated by physicians
- ✕Previous high-dose thoracic radiotherapy
- ✕Less than one fiducial marker implanted in lung
- ✕Fiducial markers >9 cm from tumor centroid
