  • Histologically proven Stage I NSCLC or oligometastatic lung metastases (3 or less)
  • Undergoing external beam radiotherapy
  • Tumor diameter 1-5 cm in any dimension
  • Distance between tumor centroid and top of diaphragm ≤10 cm
Key exclusion· 8
  • Low respiratory performance as evaluated by physicians
  • Previous high-dose thoracic radiotherapy
  • Less than one fiducial marker implanted in lung
  • Fiducial markers >9 cm from tumor centroid
