Key inclusion· 7
  • ✓Age 40–70 years at consent
  • ✓Adapted soft contact lens wearer (minimum 2 days/week, 6+ hours/day for ≥1 month)
  • ✓Currently using presbyopic correction (multifocal, monovision, or reading glasses over contacts) OR positive response to presbyopic symptoms questionnaire
  • ✓Distance spherical equivalent refraction −1.25 D to −3.75 D in each eye
Key exclusion· 12
  • ✕Pregnancy or lactation
  • ✕Active or ongoing ocular or systemic allergies interfering with contact lens wear
  • ✕Systemic disease (diabetes, hyperthyroidism, Sjögren's, xerophthalmia, acne rosacea, Stevens-Johnson, immunosuppressive/infectious disease) or immunosuppressive medication interfering with lens wear
  • ✕Prior or planned ocular/intraocular surgery (LASIK, PRK, RK, cataract, retinal, lid)
