- ✓Single ground glass nodule (GGO) with C/T ratio ≤0.5 on CT
- ✓Age 18 to 75 years
- ✓Signed informed consent
Key exclusion· 6
- ✕Histology other than invasive adenocarcinoma
- ✕Wedge resection not meeting CTR ≤0.25 AND maximum tumor diameter ≤2 cm per JCOG0804/WJOG4507L criteria
- ✕Incomplete resection or non-curative intent surgery
- ✕History of other malignant tumors
