  • Clinical stage T1N0M0 with planned curative surgery
  • Single ground glass nodule (GGO) with C/T ratio ≤0.5 on CT
  • Age 18 to 75 years
  • Signed informed consent
Key exclusion· 6
  • Histology other than invasive adenocarcinoma
  • Wedge resection not meeting CTR ≤0.25 AND maximum tumor diameter ≤2 cm per JCOG0804/WJOG4507L criteria
  • Incomplete resection or non-curative intent surgery
  • History of other malignant tumors
