First week: Gefitinib: 125mg/day, oral; Lenvatinib: 8mg/day (weight ≤ 60Kg) or 12mg/day (weight \> 60Kg), oral. One week later: Gefitinib: 250mg/day, oral; Lenvatinib: 8mg/day (weight ≤ 60Kg) or 12mg/day (weight \> 60Kg), oral.
