- ✓Advanced non-squamous NSCLC, Stage IV or recurrent after initial curative intent therapy
- ✓Adults age 18 or older
- ✓Prior exposure to at least 1 line of therapy
- ✓Checkpoint inhibitor exposure in immediately prior line of therapy
Key exclusion· 7
- ✕Presence of driver mutation susceptible to targeted therapy
- ✕CTCAE v5 grade 3 or higher toxicity from prior immunotherapy
- ✕Other active invasive malignancy requiring ongoing therapy
- ✕Progressing or untreated brain metastases
