  • Advanced non-squamous NSCLC, Stage IV or recurrent after initial curative intent therapy
  • Adults age 18 or older
  • Prior exposure to at least 1 line of therapy
  • Checkpoint inhibitor exposure in immediately prior line of therapy
Key exclusion· 7
  • Presence of driver mutation susceptible to targeted therapy
  • CTCAE v5 grade 3 or higher toxicity from prior immunotherapy
  • Other active invasive malignancy requiring ongoing therapy
  • Progressing or untreated brain metastases
