  • Metastases (regional lymph nodes or distant) on imaging
  • Prior or ongoing hormonal therapy (antiandrogens or GnRH)
  • Prior pelvic radiotherapy
  • Prior malignancy other than prostate cancer and basalioma in past 5 years
