- ✕Prior history of seizures (clinical or electrographic) or seizures on baseline EEG
- ✕Prior or current treatment with conventional AEDs, systemic mTOR inhibitors, ketogenic diet, or other anti-seizure therapeutic agent/device/procedure
- ✕Investigational drug use within 30 days prior to baseline
- ✕Significant illness or active infection at baseline

This trial is a Phase II randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled multi-site study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of early sirolimus to prevent or delay seizure onset in TSC infants.
