  • Tumor stage II-III

  • Stage IV (metastatic) or bilateral breast cancer
  • Inflammatory breast cancer
  • Prior anti-tumor therapy within 12 months (chemotherapy, targeted, radiation, immunotherapy, biotherapy, TAE)
  • History of invasive malignancy ≤5 years prior except basal/squamous cell skin or in situ cervical cancer
