- ✓Early or locally advanced TNBC with absent HER2, ER, PR expression
- ✓Tumor stage II-III
Key exclusion· 26
- ✕Stage IV (metastatic) or bilateral breast cancer
- ✕Inflammatory breast cancer
- ✕Prior anti-tumor therapy within 12 months (chemotherapy, targeted, radiation, immunotherapy, biotherapy, TAE)
- ✕History of invasive malignancy ≤5 years prior except basal/squamous cell skin or in situ cervical cancer
